Day One: Arrival.

One of our company representatives will pick you from the Airport and transfer you to your place of accommodation. Dinner and Overnight at Emin Pasha Hotel-top range BB, Caccia lodge-Midrange, Banda Inns - budget accommodation.

Day Two: Kampala- Murchison Falls.

After an early breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls National Park, the most beautiful protected area in Uganda with a lunch stop at Masindi . You will visit the magnificent Falls (top of the falls) where you will enjoy and marvel at the mighty Nile being forced in a seven meter crevice to thunder 45 meters below in a series of cascades that can be viewed at different points at the summit. Dinner and Overnight at Nile safari Lodge –Top Range FB, Sambiya river Lodge-Midrange HB and Red Chilli Rest Camp – budget,BB.

Day Three: Murchison Falls National Park.

Start the day with an early morning Game Drive on the Buligi, Albert or Queens tracks north of river Nile escorted with a ranger,  View a variety of wild game  like Giraffe, Antelope, Lion, Elephant , the Uganda Kob Oribis, Waterbucks, and a variety of savannah woodland birds. At 14.00hrs after lunch, you go on a Nile cruise for game viewing at close quarters; this is a paradise for hippos and crocodiles. There are also a variety of birds like Herons, King Fishers, Skimmers, Fish eagle and the rare shoe bill. Overnight at Nile safari Lodge –Top Range FB, Sambiya river Lodge-Midrange HB and Red Chilli Rest Camp – budget,BB.

Day Four: Murchison Falls- Kibale National Park.

After an early breakfast, set off to fort portal and arrive in time for lunch in a town restaurant then continue to Kibale forest National Park -35kms from fort portal. Dinner and Overnight at Primate Lodge Kibale (Luxury safari tents FB)  toprange / Cottages – Budget,BB and midrange at the mountains of the moon hotel,BB.


Five: Kibale National Park-chimp trekking.

 After breakfast, report to Kanyanchu Tourist centre where tourist activities begin and set out to track Chimpanzee in the forest. The National Park is a home of the endangered Chimpanzee and boosts of having one of the highest concentrations of primates in East Africa. Primate Species includes endangered chimpanzee, threatened red colobus monkey, Black and White colobus, Blue monkey bush babies and the Nocturnal Potto. After lunch, have an optional nature walk to the Bigodi Wetland. This is a community based activity that was set up to enable tourists give back to the community and yet enjoy the nature offered by the swamp like many colorful butterflies, birds and other plant species. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight

Day Six: Kibale- Queen Elizabeth National Park.

After Breakfast, depart northwards to Queen Elizabeth National Park and arrive in the Afternoon. Have lunch at the lodge and relax for a while. After lunch, go for a nature walk to Maramagambo forest or alternatively visit the sceneic explosion craters (Optional activity). View a variety of plant and tree species. With the same nature walk, you can view a variety of birds, butterflies and primates. Visit the bat cave and take a closer look at the bats. If lucky, you will spot the rock pythons that occasionally feed on the Bats. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge –top range, FB, King fisher lodge Kichwamba-Midrange,HB or hostel Mweya – Budget, BB.

Day seven: Queen Elizabeth National Park.

After an early morning breakfast, go for a game drive heading for the mating grounds of the Uganda Kobs. Also view other animals like lions, Elephants, Topi, Bushbucks and Buffaloes. After Lunch, we will go for a launch cruise along the Kazinga channel at 15.00hrs.This is a natural channel that joins Lake Edward to Lake George. Actually this is one of your highlights for the Safari. On this cruise you will view abundant birdlife, buffaloes, Elephants and perhaps the highest concentration of Hippos in Africa. Dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge –top range, FB, King fisher lodge Kichwamba-Midrange,HB or hostel Mweya – Budget, BB.

Day Eight: Queen Elizabeth-Bwindi.

After an early breakfast, transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National park through Ishasha sector famous for the tree climbing lions, if lucky, you will spot some. Bwindi is famous for the Rare Mountain gorillas. This National Park also harbors at least 120 animal species including chimpanzees, L’Hoest’s monkeys, red and blue tailed monkeys. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla top- range FB, Buhoma community camps- midrange, HB and Bwindi view bandas –budget,BB.

Day Nine: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park.

 After an early breakfast, Set off for gorilla trekking. hikers will love it Gorilla trekking is unpredictable, it is difficult to foresee how many hours you will hike, the gorilla trekking may take 2-8hours depending on where the gorillas built a nest the previous night. Expect to walk long distances in steep conditions sometimes with rain overhead before you encounter any gorillas. You will also enjoy the beautiful scenery the rainforest and landscape have to offer. Your efforts will be rewarded when you have an encounter with the humble giants. For conservation purposes, the time spent with gorillas is one hour. Dinner and Overnight at Gorilla resort, top- range, Buhoma community camps- midrange, HB and Bwindi view bandas –budget,BB.

Day Ten: Bwindi-Lake bunyonyi.

Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi with packed lunch. Drive through Kigezi terraces and view a variety of terraced hills. Arrive at Lake Bunyonyi in the afternoon. You can relax for the entire afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Arcadia Cottages BB.

Day Eleven: Lake Bunyonyi.

After an early breakfast, you can involve yourself in any activity like Bird Watching, a boat ride, swimming, a village walk to the Batwa and Bakiga communities. Take note of their local livelihoods. Return to the lodge for Lunch. You can relax this afternoon. Dinner and Overnight at Arcadia Cottages BB.

Day Twelve: Lake Bunyonyi -Lake Mburo National Park.

After an early breakfast, drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a lunch stop in Mbarara town. Drive through the famous long horned Ankole Farms. Arrive late in the afternoon go for an evening game drive through the fringing swamp area.  View a variety of Zebras, rare and shy sitatunga, antelope, topi and the gigantic eland.   Dinner and Overnight at Mihingo Lodge-top range FB, Mantana tented camps- midrange,BB and Rwonyo Camp-Budget ,BB..

Day Thirteen: Lake Mburo National Park.

 After an early breakfast, you will take an interesting safari walk, this park boosts the best Nature walks in all parks and it’s only this park that you can see Game/wild life on a walk. Drive to Kampala and stop at some interesting places like the equator. You can have a lunch, take some photographs or buy some souvenirs from one of our craft shops, Classic African Art Kayabwe and buy some souvenirs. Arrive in Kampala in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at Emin Pasha Hotel-top range BB Caccia lodge-Midrange, Banda Inns - budget, BB

Day Fourteen: Kampala City Tour-Departure.

You will get a chance to visit some interesting places in Kampala like the Kasubi tombs- A burial ground for Buganda Kings,Namugongo Maytrs Shrine or Bahai temple or, you can alternatively go for a quad bike or white water rafting in Jinja. Transfer to the Airport in the evening and arrive in time for your departure flight. Depart with beautiful memories of your safari.
